Well, as you can all probably guess, the writing hasn’t been happening much lately. Unfortunately for me, my creative well – for fanfic anyway – has run dry for the time being. It’s incredibly frustrating – I do want to work on my fic, but I also know that forcing the words to come is a waste of my time and effort.

Therefore, as of tonight, Tabula Rasa is on immediate hiatus. I’ll be leaving all of my fanfic aside for now, and will be concentrating solely on my original fiction. I am hoping that my creative spark for fanfic will reignite sometime in the next few months, and will pick it up again once it does.

Until that time comes, I wish you all a very Happy New Year, and I’ll see you all in 2012.

Thank you to Gina, Crystal, Chelsi and Rachel for posting comments to my LiveJournal over the last few months. :)

I am still hard at work writing, even though I haven’t updated in a little while. Two new stories have been started, the first instalments of which can be found as public posts in my LiveJournal – Silent All These Years and Burning In The Skies. I am on my summer break from next Friday, so I will soon have a little more time to write. However, as I am currently in the midst of preparing to move out of home into my own flat, a comprehensive site update may take me some time to finish. I am hoping to build and subsequently upload a new site layout at the same time that I update my stories. I am absolutely committed to getting some serious work done on my stories over the summer, which I believe will be made easier once I have my own private space.

I will post to the site Twitter account when an update has been made. In the meantime, any and all updates are likely to be posted to my personal Twitter and to my LiveJournal.
